Alzan la voz porque dos organizaciones ambientales paname\u00f1as han sido demandadas penalmente \u00bfSu \u201cfalta\u201d? cuestionar un proyecto portuario que pondr\u00eda en riesgo los <\/span><b>manglares de David<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, uno de los ecosistemas m\u00e1s importantes del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El caso de Puerto Bar\u00fa marca un punto de inflexi\u00f3n. En lugar de responder a los cuestionamientos t\u00e9cnicos, legales y ambientales, ampliamente documentados, se recurre a querellas penales para silenciar la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana. Ese compromiso no es simb\u00f3lico. Implica obligaciones concretas: proteger a quienes defienden el ambiente, garantizar su participaci\u00f3n y prevenir cualquier forma de intimidaci\u00f3n o violencia institucional. Por eso hoy decimos con claridad: defender el ambiente es un derecho, no un crimen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Decir <\/span><b>No To Puerto Bar\u00fa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hoy es mucho m\u00e1s que oponerse a un proyecto portuario.
